Dear Patients and Friends,

 

We have been closely monitoring the developments in regard to the Coronavirus outbreak. As part of the healthcare community, we have a commitment to the prevention and mitigation efforts going on across the country.  As such, we take our responsibility for safeguarding our patients and staff very seriously.  Therefore, at this time we are open by appointment only.

Since the management of this situation is rapidly changing, are continually reassessing our procedures and follow all new recommendations from the governing organizations as to any changes that may become necessary.

All patients will be screened for any risk factors prior to their visit. Extra measures are being taken to ensure that our office is thoroughly disinfected by following the protocols advised by the Iowa Dental Board, ADA and CDC.

All payments must be mailed in or completed over the phone.  We are not accepting any "walk-in" appointments or payments at this time.

When you arrive for your appointment, please call the office from the parking lot.  We will call you when your room and team are ready for you, and take your payment information over the phone.  Please wear your own mask or face covering into and out of the office, to help safeguard any other patients you may encounter.  The additional protective equipment we are using makes talking much more difficult.  Therefore, while we enjoy chatting with you, we are forced to minimize discussions at your appointment.  If you have more questions or need to discuss your treatment more in depth, please let us know, and we can set up a phone call appointment.
